Orders are processed within 3 business days. If items are in stock, orders placed before 4 PM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping option.

Q3: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from warehouses in the U.S. and Hong Kong depending on location and stock availability. Delivery times may vary.

Q4: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please review your order details before checkout.

Q5: What is Biysber's return policy?

Orders

Q6: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After that, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use it to check your order status and delivery progress.

Q8: What if I receive the wrong or defective item?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! For defective or incorrect items, email Biysber@hotmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will provide a free return or replacement.

Q9: Do you offer free returns?
Free returns are available in case of:

  • Shipping delays (no tracking updates for over 15 days)

  • Product defects or quality issues
    For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes! Avoid combining with other strong exfoliants or acids at first. Layer with gentle moisturizers for best results.

Q14: When will I see results with the Retinol Serum?
