  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If all items are in stock, orders placed before 4 PM are usually shipped the same day.

Shipping Locations

We ship from our warehouses in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
The closest warehouse with available stock will be selected to ensure the fastest delivery.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer two shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 6–12 business days

  • Fast Shipping: $9.99, estimated delivery 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.

  • Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, the customer is responsible, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Customs & Import Fees

  • Additional customs/import fees may apply for shipments outside your country.

  • Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential charges.
